Laura Byrne

The great flute player from Baltimore, Laura Byrne, will be at IAANJ for one of our super fun concerts, on Sat. 2/5 at 8:00PM (doors open 7:30) and this one will also celebrate her latest CD, "The Lucky Day". Accompanying Laura on harp and guitar will be Iris Nevins, and a few other guests will join in for a few sets, I already know there will be some super musicians coming out to see Laura. A session will follow, or we'll have people up for the last few set or both! So come prepared! Laura will teach a flute workshop. It will be $25 and run from 6:00-7:30. Exact change, payable to Laura. Arrive at 5:45. Please call or email ahead to let us know if you are coming.

AND EXCITING NEWS!! The very well known Sean Nos Dancer, SHANNON DUNNE (many of you know her Dad Joe from NJ Sessions, he plays accordion and bodhran) will be joining in on the concert! It will be a real honor to have her at IAANJ!
